It's full Moon early on Sunday morning (about 5.30am here in the U.K.). The Moon will appear bigger than usual as it is at it's closest point to Earth. This is the falling leaf moon, the hunter's or Oak moon depending which calendar you work with. In the U.K Autumn has kicked in..the winds are up and the rain is back. Spending more time inside our houses, alongside the dipping light of the sun shows us the dusty corners, the accumulated 'stuff'. This moon is an action moon in firey Aries. Time to hunt down any blocks, or accumulations and get clean and clear. Autumn is the season of the Metal element...of Lung and Large Intestine meridians. It's time to let go of the old, get inspired by the new and clear the way ahead for the rest of 2016. What will you chuck? What will you polish and shine and focus on? If you can bare to be outside in the cooler air, go soak up some moonlight. Allow the reflected light to bring some clarity to you, and some power to your cleaning elbow, either actually or metaphorically. Moonlight blessings, Sarah-Jayne
