In this introspective place we can reconnect to our deepest desires, find within ourselves a deep ocean full of energy, wisdom and insight.
To help me swim in the depths, when I have time I like to journal, read thought provoking books and also sit and day dream, maybe snooze a bit. When time is short a 5 minute meditate helps me dive down for a moment, checking in with my inner waters.
Life generally doesn't allow us to take the Wintertime off to rest and recuperate, but if we pace ourselves, have a little more sleep and keep hydrated we can stay balanced and still have some well earned dream time.
