Winter with its opportunity for deeper introspection and day dreaming means we have a chance to redesign the blueprint for our life. As in nature everything is more stark and clear so it is easier to strip everything back to basics and take a fresh look. This is the time to do the preparation, fortify the foundations ready for the year ahead, success is all in the preparation!
