FEELING OVERWHELMED?

Morning Journeyers. We are still in the glow of that full moon and the sap is rising apace- here's a Kinesiology Spring Energy Tip to help keep it all moving through. Enjoy, SJ x

Feeling overwhelmed, overthinking a situation, stuck with knowing what to do next, so many ideas don't know where to start?? The Gall Bladder needs movement- it's flow can get 'stuck' really easily. So jump up out of your chair and stomp up the road swinging your arms fully, or give this point a good rub (Wood energy does not like subtlety- it needs 'commanding').
In Creative Kinesiology we often use gall bladder meridian muscles (when they are not comprimised by energy flow or injury) such as the anterior deltoid to check statements. When we are tracking a problem we often use 'the next best step is.....' statement to make sure we are going at the bodys' optimum pace so the body is in charge of decisions to go in a new direction or to an old issue. This minimises the risk of creating a healing crisis by going into an issue before the body is ready or able to heal it.
