Our lovely Water element holds our 'battery' and guess what, it is rechargeable! So to do a bit of recharging here are 3 things that will support you...
- make sure you drink plenty of water, warm water is good with some fresh warming ginger added
- try and get an extra hours sleep
- keep your kidneys warm with a scarf around your mid back (kidneys are linked to the Water element)
