The Subscapularis in Kinesiology is the muscle that relates to the balance of the heart meridian. This muscle draws the arm in when it is raised above the shoulder. When out of balance it can lead to palpitations, dizziness, shoulder pains and bleeding gums. To balance find the points on the chest to the side of sternum between ribs two and three and give them a good rub. This supports the health of this muscle and also promotes balance in the Heart meridian.
