Good morning journeyers. Today let's check in with our metaphorical armour!
In a Knights tale the hero has inherited a heavy old unfitting set of armour from his old boss. He fights valiantly while wearing it. The female metal smith comes up with a new metallic composition for a much lighter, harder, thinner and easier to wear set of armour. There was distrust of this at first, but when tested it performed much better!
Taking heavy metal aspects (guilt, grief, regret, harsh judgements) and forging them in the fire of passion, enthusiasm and excitement for life can mean that our 'life armour' is easier to bear, more flexible, less `stuffy', upgraded even!
So today utilise the Five Element map theory that fire (passion, enthusiasm, love, heart) controls metal (values, morals, judgements, hard structures). What aspect of metal need forging? Enjoy the wondering, Sarah-Jayne 🔥 🔹 ♞ 🔥
