Morning journeyers, as we venture into Summer on the outside (now the storms have passed!) we can tentatively encourage our bodies to keep up on the inside by eating more red foods. Red is the colour associated with the Fire element, the element which predominates in the Summer. We can also support our Fire element by eating bitter, spicy greens, more raw foods and cooling, hydrating watery foods such as cucumber and melon ...enjoy! Carol x
