Tonight/early tomorrow morning (11th Feb 2017) is full moon...also known as the Snow Moon. Just after midnight UK time there will also be a penumbral lunar eclipse, if the sky is clear the moon will look as if a shadow has passed over it. THEN we have a flyby by the New years comet a little later. Exciting. Sitting with all of this reminds me I am small grain of sand on a very large beach. I am only really in control of my own back yard. I have lots of thoughts and ideas of how my life 'should be'...however there is a bigger picture at play. Releasing our SHOULDS to allow what IS is a great way to feel happier (and release stress in our should--ers). This is the start of eclipse season..where the lunar calls us to release, so that the solar in two weeks can bring in something new. Exciting. And when I feel disempowered about being just a small grain of sand on thus huge beach called life, I remember the saying from the Dalai Lama "If you think you are too small to make a difference, try sleeping with a mosquito". Enjoy the skies. Sarah-Jayne xx
