- are you wanting to do or have done some Spring cleaning, whether this is in your house or in your body, so managing to clear out any hint of Winter stagnation?

- lightening your diet by eating more raw foods and reducing heavy carbs
- having a brisk daily walk to bring some dynamism into your body
- keeping a journal to handy to try and catch those inspired thoughts before they disappear off again
