Spring check-in...

Morning journeyers. ...so let's have a 'Spring check-in', we do this in our workshops and it is a moment to reflect in relation to the season, on how we are feeling amidst the busyness of our lives. Spring and the Wood element is in its glorious fullness; seeds have germinated, the ground is warm, Spring flowers are bossoming and everything is growing at full speed. 
So how are YOU doing?... in a quiet moment ask yourself;
- how is your energy level, are you feeling more bouncy and benefiting from the long days and extra sunshine?
- have you found your creative flow or something that has inspired you enough to make a plan?
- are you wanting to do or have done some Spring cleaning, whether this is in your house or in your body, so managing to clear out any hint of Winter stagnation?
These pointers will help you check-in with your Wood element, if you find you are still not feeling the Spring energy you could try
- lightening your diet by eating more raw foods and reducing heavy carbs
- having a brisk daily walk to bring some dynamism into your body
- keeping a journal to handy to try and catch those inspired thoughts before they disappear off again
