The colour of vision

Spring is all about the wood element...the push of plants that can make it through concrete, the majesty and power of magnificent trees. In the garden its all about planting, germination, tending....having a plan of what you would like to grow and then being flexible when nature has its say as to what grows, and what doesn't! This is true of business, projects and relationships also. Green is the colour of wood. One of the most powerful balancers for me is to immerse myself in green...the park, a woodland and my garden. Then I allow my eyes to soften, to look less actively, to widen my vision to include the peripheral part. The wood element can show up as determined, rigid and focused. Take some time today to soften your vision, to allow your peripheral some space and unfocus. There may well be gifts in this softer looking. If you can do this in conjunction with being immersed in green then all the better... Its healing to 'eat our greens' on all levels! Have a wonderful, visionary day. Sarah-Jayne xx
