Journey with us on
Picture
As medicine women and passionate lovers of the Five elements we are delighted and so so excited to share Seasonal Goddess with you.

This part of 'Journey with the Seasons' is all about sharing more information about the five elements with women who are wanting to connect more with their unique gifts, strengths and challenges through building their understanding of the Chinese Five elements and how this relates to everyday life.

Each of the Five elements has its own set of characteristics that form a map to help us understand ourselves and others more. I have been working with the Five elements for almost 30 years now and it has helped me in all my relationships including with my parents, partner, friends and children.

Each season we will share details of the qualities of the season and activities we can do to plug into this part of ourselves. You can join with these Seasonal Goddess insights in our Facebook group HERE. We also have a seasonal
gathering in Devon for details of the next one see HERE.

Carol shares; 'As an Five Element Acupuncturist I believe that we are all predominantly one of the 5 Seasonal Goddess, an amazing goddess that really resonates with who we are at the deepest level BUT that we are also all of them and journeying through the seasons gives us the opportunity to explore and deepen the relationship with each part of ourselves'

'My lovely artist friend Nicci Wonnacott has created the beautiful Seasonal Goddess images I will be sharing with you, she took a year to create these beautiful women, painting each one in their season' (see the slide show below).

'I have been has been exploring Goddess archetypes through creative practice for over 25 years in my land work  I consider art in the environment through site, ritual, intuition and meditation. As a gatherer I reconnect with the land and the goddess archetypes, ancient women who have walked the path. As I gather, walk and breath form which I create shrines as an act of celebration and respect for the land and the mothers who came before. Enshrining Space'

Carol Lee commissioned Nicci  the the art work create for' The Seasonal Goddess' to illustrate her experiences in the landscape .
