Spring reboot for body and mind
with Sarah-Jayne

These sessions are an hour long and cost £45   20% off (£36) for workshop participants

Just as the light is returning and the days lengthening often show up the murk in the corners of our homes, so our body and mind really love a good clear out at this time of year- a spring clean, a good old dusting off, an M.O.T even.

Spring is actually the very best time for making your 2016 resolutions!

It’s also a good time of year to tackle aches, pains and twinges and to look at the nutrition your body needs at this time. It also a perfect time to create a new mindset for the year ahead....and to see where any blocks to changes may be held.

In these sessions we will pay particular attention to the WOOD element in the five element map. The organs and meridians of the wood element are the gall bladder (planner) and the Liver (the big dream/vision). Using Kinesiology (muscle testing) we will work with the muscles that are associated with the wood element, to find the balance in the body/mind that can best be achieved at this time of year.

Sessions can are held at The Centre- In Crediton or your home by arrangement.
