
On offer this Spring:
- Spring Reboot with Nutrition: This 1 hour session with Carol, either in person or via Skype, is a focused session where we re-evaluate how you are eating and cooking based around the 5 elements and Spring and the Wood element in particular.
- Spring Reboot: Body and Mind: This 1 hour session with Sarah-Jayne is held either in Crediton or your own home by arrangement. Using Kinesiology (muscle testing) we will work with the muscles that are associated with the wood element, to find the balance in the body/mind that can best be achieved at this time of year and tackle the issues you bring to the session.
- Spring Nutri-Cook session: This 2 hour session with Carol, is all about how to prepare and cook meals that help you get the most energy, focus and taste from Spring. It is not just about cooking, it is also about nutrition and exploring the right nutrition for you this Spring.
- Spring Goal Setting: This 1 hour session with Sarah-Jayne is held either in Crediton or your own home by arrangement. What would you like to be different in your life right now? What personal, family or business aims do you have over this spring season? Do you have a specific goal you would like to reach? In these sessions we will use kinesiology (muscle testing) to check in with the conscious goals you are bringing and see what is needed to start them on the journey to fruition.
